Sea Buckthorn berries

Sea Buckthorn with berries. The taste of the berries is sour and resembles to some extent that of oranges. They are difficult to pick. The berries sit on very short stalks directly on branches and tends to be squashed making the fingers sour. We once made liqueur from them. It had to be stirred after storage and then got a beautiful orange color. The taste was quite okay. The experiment won't be repeated, though.
