Waiting for the sunrise.
I live in Trondheim at latitude 63.4°N. Here the duration of the night at midsummer is 3 hours 24 min. The duration of the night at midwinter is 4 hours 30 min. (The upper edge of the sun, not its centre, passing the horizon defines the border between day and night.) The short night that doesn't get dark, makes it tempting to stay up late, so why not go and take pictures of the sunrise. The indicated time is Local Solar Time, which means that the sun is in the south at exactly 12:00:00LST.
